I was doing all kinds of jobs:
Designs for Instagram or other social media platforms, mockups for products and for designs, video editing of all kinds: vertically and horizontally, for short videos and for long videos, e-mail marketing, full websites and landing pages, book covers and presentations.
People used to ask me for jobs related to their YouTube Channels, their Instagram profiles and related to their day-to-day jobs. All I had to do was to make the thing they asked for and deliver it thru a Download platform.
It was a stright forward job.

My job was to control the system of online publications. Create and update property records. Publish properties on social networks, on the company's website and on e-commerce sites, such as OLX, Mercado Livre, Zap Imóveis, 62 Imóveis, among others.
Image and video capture of properties. Edit images and videos of properties for publication on the internet. Create and manage sponsored ads with Facebook Ads and Google Ads. Develop and help in the production and sending of newsletters and email marketing.
Responsible for the SEO of the website and for capturing leads for distribution between brokers. Use of CRM and management system platforms, such as inGaia, Kenlo Imob, C2S and HubSpot (E-mail Marketing).
